Before the Boardrooms & Stage

Anayo did not learn about human connection in a conference room. He learned it in communities that had been overlooked, underfed, and underserved. Through his nonprofit, Watering Hope, he worked alongside families and youth across San Diego facing food insecurity, mental health challenges, and limited access to healthy nutrition. Something kept appearing that no strategy could explain. People showed up for each other even when resources were limited, the connection and love were not.
